On TaskCashFlow, the people who do the posting are almost all in Ghana, and new workers can only join from Ghana. They post on their own WhatsApp and TikTok, to their own contacts and followers, and each post is checked before they are paid.

How to pay from abroad
Prices are in Ghana cedis (GHS). Sign up as a Promoter and pay by card (Visa or Mastercard) on the payment page; your bank converts the amount. Some banks outside Ghana block card payments to Ghana. If yours does, tell us in the chat on your Dashboard before you try again.
